For nearly 30 years, we've had the privilege of helping businesses across the Delaware Valley untangle technology, survive upgrades, recover from "who touched the server?" moments, and occasionally rescue printers that simply needed someone to believe in them. Those relationships—and the conversations that came with them—are the foundation of everything we're building today.

Wocket didn't begin with a product roadmap. It began with hundreds of honest conversations, forty-two Plates & Updates lunches, and one recurring realization: the hardest parts of running a service business usually aren't technical—they're human. Communication. Trust. Time. The mental load of trying to keep everyone moving in the same direction.

So we're trying something a little different. Instead of disappearing for two years and returning with a giant software release, we're building in public. We'll listen. We'll learn. We'll prototype. We'll bring it back to the table. Then we'll do it all again. Every conversation makes the next version a little wiser.

Our founding crew helped us take the first steps. Our longtime clients gave us the confidence to keep walking. The next chapter belongs to every owner, office manager, technician, and teammate willing to pull up a chair, challenge an assumption, and help us build something worth believing in.
