Using LevelUp
- Web app: levelup.cog-mission.com — sign in with the email address on your account.
- iOS app: install from the App Store listing for Level Up Business (bundle
cpv.levelup). - Password reset: use “Forgot password” on the login screen; we email instructions to your registered address.
Common questions
- Can’t sign in? Confirm you are using the Email tab (not only Google/Apple). Check spam for password-reset messages.
- Missing data? Ensure you have an internet connection; the app loads from our cloud API.
- Payments / bank linking? Payment setup is optional; contact us if Finix or Plaid connection fails.
